AmaCreedO Records was established on 11.11. 2011 under the license independent CC 3.0 Mexico (4.0 Internetional) as the official sublabel MP3-label FretNoiz Records 98.
This is again an independent label uniting electronic music producers of all possible musical genres from all over the world. Nothing is alien to us, and nothing is not against.

AmaCreedO Records vznikl dne 11.11.2011 pod nezávislou hudební licencí CC 3.0 Mexico, jako oficiální sublabel MP3 labelu FretNoiz Recordings 98. Jedná se opět o nezávislý label elektronické hudby sdružující hudební producenty všech možných žánrů ze všech koutů světa. Nic mu není cizý a ničemu se nebrání.
AmaCreedO Records je v podstatě projekt jako takový, který bude nést hudbu, která se nevyjde stylově na FretNoiz Records (jiná nežli drumandbass). Jak je známo tak FretNoiz Records se z počátku zabýval převážně breakbeatem a později hlavně drumandbassem, a až po čase se tam přidávalo mnoho dalších žánrů.
Toto bychom chtěli vrátit zpět, a FretNoiz Records očistit opět na zlámané žánry...
Na AmoCreedO Records bychom rádi slyšeli hlavně amatéry a umělce kteří nejsou nikterak známí svou aktivitou v komerčním světě. Nebráníme se ničemu, ale přesto bychom dali prostor hlavně začínajícím umělcům z celého světa.

AmoCreedO Records stejně tak jako jeho "otec" FretNoiz Records 98 vydává pod licencemi Creative Commons 3.0 Mexico (4.0 International) (http://www.creativecommons.org) tedy striktní a transparentní license výhodná pro oboje strany jak umělce který skladby poskytuje tak pro nás jako vydavatele.
Další možností je také licence CopyLefT Music (neboli svobodná licence kde si autor hudby určí vše sám)
Vše co se na AmaCreedO Records vydá je vždy volně ke stažení na internetu, nikdy nic neprodáváme ani nikterak finančně nevyvažujem. Jedinou naší ofociální distribucí je Internet a to převážně naše vlastní stránky http://amocreedo.adzi.cz a dále sociální sítě jako Tweeter, Facebook atp. nebo hudební profily na Bandzone.cz, Soundclouds atp. Vše ja také zapsáno mezi vydané na www.discogs.com pod AmaCreedO Records "11".

Máte-li zájem vydávat na našem labelu zde je 6P základních informací:

1) Být skutečný hudební producent:
Jste li hudební producent, skladatel, zpěvák s vlastní kapelou či prostě tvoříte svou vlastní hudbu, dveře jsou Vám otevřené. Jediné co je třeba, je aby jste byl autorem skladeb, aby se nejednalo o kopie od jiných autorů formou plagiátorství nebo krádeže. Zodpovědnost nese autor, ovšem může to stáhnout i nás z toho důvodu, že jsme si neověřili zdroj. Proto se toto potvrzuje v zaslané smlouvě o vydání která bude zaslána po dohodě s autorem ve formě PDF

2) Prostudování a souhlas s licencí CC případně CopyLeft Misic:
AmaCreedO Records stejně tak jako jeho velký bratr FretNoiz Records vydávají pod jasně danou licencí Creative Commons 4.0 pod pravidlem BY-NC-SA (viz: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/ ) která je výhodnou pro obě strany tedy jak pro autora hudby, tak pro Nás. Nic neměníme, ovšem přeje-li si autor vydávat pod vlastní licencí, nebo CC jakkoliv upravit podle jiných pravidel je vše možné při dohodě, ovšem nevidíme to příliš rádi. Na druhou stranu AmaCreedO Records si nebere práva autora jako jiná vydavatelství, a jsme pouze vydavatelem s působností na internetu za účelem veřejného vydání alb ve formě MP3 na která si nebereme práva (jak již bylo řečeno) ale pouze v ID3 tagu je znázorněno že bylo vydáno u Nás na Labelu po dohodě s autorem pod tou a tou licencí (primárně CC). Jelikož hudbu neprodáváme a nic platit nemusíme, nemáme možnost ani finanční náhrady.

Možné je také využít volné licence CopyLeft Music, což je free-GPL license pro šíření hudby, software, textu a jiných médií prostřednictvím autorských práv přímo od autora který si určí za jakých podmínek bude jeho dílo distribuováno atp.

3) Jaká hudba je pro náš label vhodná ?:
AmaCreedO Records vznikl nově jako label který očistí čistě drumandbassový label od tohoto stylu.
Tím je myšleno, že na AmaCreedO Records je možné vydávat cokoliv kromě drumandbassových žánrů a tvrdých free tekno a hardtek stylů. Tím je otevřen prostor pro producenty dubstepu, ambientu, noise-popu, breakbeatu, house, trance, electro pop a jiných el. stylů, ale nebráníme se ani živým kapelám, které mají vlastní nahrávky které by rádi vydali. Vše je o dohodě s námi, a jen málo z toho všeho je problém, a i ten se dá jistě vyřešit :)

4) Jaké formáty jsou třeba ?:
Primárně přijímáme soubory typu MP3, WAV nebo OGG, ovšem nebráníme se ani FLAC nebo WMA (no VBR), ale finální vydání je tak jako tak MP3, 44.1 KHz, Stereo (Joint-Stereo), 192 kbps, takže myslíme že MP3 192 - 320 kbps je nejideálnější formou typu datového souboru který přijímáme. Zasílání je nejlépe formou Uschovna.cz nebo Sendspace.com a podobných serverů na adresu amacreedo@seznam.cz nebo sekundárně na rikox@seznam.cz (s přiložením informací o co se jedná...)

5) Obal alba nebo EP ?:
Booklet neboli obal CD pro případný tisk na straně zájemce který si album stáhl je nejčastěji naším dílem, ovšem nebráníme se ani Vašim grafickým návrhům které můžete dodat ve formě PSD, PDF, BMP, PNG nebo 100% JPG v rozlišení alespoň 100 DPI pro velikost CD tedy front 12x12 cm (cca.) nebo full-booklet 12x24cm (front+tracklist/info). V opačném případě navrhneme grafický design alba sami. V případě že zašlete svůj vlastní návrh obalu CD, tak musíme upozornit, že do tohoto obrázku musíme zasáhnout přidáním loga AmaCreedO Records, ctg. číslem s logem, popisem skladeb, webové adresy, licenční informace a popis alba nebo informace o autorovi skladeb.

6) Vydávat může každý !:
Je zcela jedno z jaké jste země, ať jste Číňan, Američan, Ukrajinec, Španěl, Ital, Ind nebo Afričan, jazyková bariéra neexistuje a vydávat zde může každý kdo si myslí že jeho hudba by mohla zaujmout.
Za 14 let fungování druhého labelu který vlastníme (FretNoiz Records) jsme za celou dobu neodmítli ani jednoho producenta, protože každý hudbu cítí jinak a my se tomu nebráníme filtrováním Líbí/Nelíbí...

7) Nevydáváme na žádných prodejních místech:
Vše co se na AmaCreedO Records vydá nebude vystaveno k prodeji na žádném ze serverů jako například Digitrax, Beatport, iTunes, Digital-Tunes, TrackInDown atp. Používáme pouze vlastní distribuci FREE-MP3 album či EP jako celek prostřednictvím našeho webu, prostřednictvím Soundcloud.com, Mixcloud.com aj.
